WHAT IS TIMING LIKE?
We're glad you asked! We adhere to a strict timeline of three weeks. This ensures your project get completed in a timely manner and that extra fees are not incurred. We are able to turnaround this package in a month due to our streamlined timeline. We require our clients to get on board with our timing requirements before we begin any projects. Projects that do not stay on task will incur a fee and are not to exceed three days past the project completion date. Don't worry, all dates will be clearly laid out in the beginning and you will be well aware of them! You won't be blindsided by fees :)
HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?
Yes. To respect your time and ours an initial deposit of $3,000 is required to reserve your spot and begin work. The remaining $2,000 is due at the end of the project. We'll send you two invoices and we take Paypal or Stripe.
DO I NEED TO BUY A DOMAIN FIRST?
Yes, you should own your domain before we begin the project. Domains can be purchased within Squarespace or we can transfer/connect a third party domain if you have already purchased yours.
CAN YOU HELP ME WITH SEO?
I have a basic understanding of SEO and I will implement and set you up with basic systems within your website.
WHAT IF I AM STILL NOT SATISIFED AFTER TWO ROUNDS OF REFINEMENT?
I am almost positive you will be happy with your new logo or website after our two rounds of feedback and refinement each. If for whatever reason you are not we will continue at my hourly rate of $125.
WHAT PROGRAMS/PLATFORMS DO YOU USE?
We utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign for branding and for websites. We design for Squarespace and Wordpress.
DO YOU WRITE COPY FOR WEBSITES?
I do have experience in writing marketing copy and do my best to employ compelling copy for your website. Usually clients are more than happy with the copy with come up with as a team effort. This cuts down your costs since we don't need to bring in a professional copywriter.

A designer is a communicator of your idea, your product and your solution to the world. With training or experience as a visual communicator and problem solver, a designer will combine your content with elements color, typography, line, space, shape and balance to create a finished communications piece for your business or organization. He/she will work with you to explore different options or design directions to solve your particular communications challenge. A designer will also prepare the 'mechanical requirements' of your finished piece and prepare them.
